TEAM I

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 17, 2026 · Last updated: June 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Team I ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about users of the Team I platform available at teami.live (the "Service"). The Service is a marketing operations platform that helps teams manage advertising campaigns, creative assets, and reporting workflows for the brands they represent. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account information

When an account is created by an administrator on your behalf, we store your username, hashed password, assigned role (administrator, editor, or viewer), and the brands or workspaces you are authorized to access. We do not store plaintext passwords.

1.2 Usage and technical data

While you use the Service we automatically collect technical information needed to operate the platform, including:

1.3 Content you submit

The Service stores information that you or your team upload or enter, including campaign settings, creative file links, captions, brand profiles, reporting exports, and connection settings for third-party services. This content is stored to deliver the functions you request.

1.4 Information from connected third-party services

If your administrator connects an external advertising or messaging service to the Service, we will receive performance metrics, account identifiers, and configuration data from those services in order to display them inside the Service. We only request the minimum access scopes required for the requested functionality.

1.5 Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Platform Data

When you connect a Meta ad account to the Service, you authorize us (via Meta's official login and permissions flow) to access data from the Meta Marketing API on your behalf. This may include: your ad account IDs and names, connected Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers, pixels, custom audiences, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, and their performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, results, etc.), and the access tokens that let us make those calls.

We use Meta Platform Data only to provide the features you request — displaying your performance, launching and managing your campaigns, and reporting. We do not sell Meta Platform Data, use it for advertising unrelated to your own accounts, or transfer it to data brokers. Access tokens are stored securely server-side and are never exposed to the browser. You can revoke our access at any time from your Meta Business Settings, and you may request deletion of the Meta data we hold as described in Section 7 and on our Data Deletion page. Our use of Meta Platform Data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances below:

4. Cookies and Session Data

The Service uses a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in across page loads. The cookie is marked HttpOnly and Secure and is not used for advertising. We do not use third-party tracking cookies on the Service interface. Pages built and hosted on related subdomains may include analytics or measurement tags that you or your administrator configure independently.

5. Data Retention

We retain account records and the content you upload for as long as your account is active. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days for diagnostic purposes and then deleted or anonymized. Reports and exports that you generate may be retained in connected destinations (such as a connected spreadsheet) according to the policies of those destinations. You can request earlier deletion of your account records as described in Section 7.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, and loss. These measures include HTTPS for all traffic, hashed password storage, role-based access controls inside the platform, restricted server access, and routine review of dependencies and credentials. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on the jurisdiction you live in, you may have rights to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact the address listed in Section 12. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Deleting your data: to request deletion of your account records and any Meta Platform Data we hold, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page or email us at privacy@teami.live. You can also revoke the Service's access to your Meta account at any time in your Meta Business Settings, which stops any further data access.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with optional third-party services that you or your administrator may choose to connect. Examples include messaging platforms, advertising platforms, and spreadsheet services. When you connect such a service, you are subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.

9. International Data Transfers

The Service is operated from servers located outside your country of residence. By using the Service you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. We take steps to ensure that any transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by business teams and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email to administrators where reasonable. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
